Meru Shala is a Warsaw school, a space to practice Ashtanga Yoga, to inspire with holistic, balanced and simple living. A place created by lovers of high mountains, passionate climbers. The Meru logo is composed of four drops – the four directions of energy ow, which combine to form of a caring and inviting circle. The moon that accompanies the image of Shiva, symbolizes the cycle and the power of living in rhythm with nature.
